What records should agree?
Before issue, ask to review completed unit results and the intended award wording, including any specialisation. Check your legal name and USI details with the provider. The USI system supports access to VET records.
What if something is missing?
Raise a missing result or incorrect detail through the provider's process and keep a copy of the response. Ask when the record will be corrected. This guide has not checked your personal records or confirmed completion.
